This policy explains what information ASKQA Digital Technologies LLC (“ASKQA”, “we”, “us”) collects through askqa.app, why we collect it and what choices you have.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you add it), the topic you choose and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
• Basic technical data. With each form message we record the time, your IP address and the country it comes from. We use this only to stop spam and abuse.

This website does not use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
• To protect the website and the form from spam and abuse.
• To keep normal business records and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who helps us

We use trusted providers to run the site: Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers form messages by email, and our inbox is provided by Google. They process data for us only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@askqa.app and we will reply promptly. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Client projects

Data we handle while building or running a system for a client is covered by our written agreement with that client, not by this website policy.

Security

We use encrypted connections, limit access to the people who need it and keep credentials out of code. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
